RESTAURANTE SCHWAIGER

“As soon as you arrive you know that something special is going to happen”, are the words of the owners of the Schwaiger restaurant themselves, who with these words describe the sensations that a visit to their premises will transmit. And it is nothing surprising knowing that chef Gerhard Schwaiger is in charge of the kitchen there, winner of two Michelin stars, who prepares his dishes using high quality local products.

Obviously with such a high level of gastronomy, the interior design has to live up to the expectations. This is the main reason why all the materials used in this project are of the highest possible quality.

In this case we opted for an industrial style, where wood, metals and concrete converge in the same space. We can see how it has sought to create a warm atmosphere through the use of copper and wood. The nakedness of the structure, the concrete pavement or the metallic lamps of warm light give rise to an urban, open and contemporary atmosphere.

The main colors in the store are gray and black, timeless and versatile colors that give elegance to the whole decor. The brown tones of the wood are also of vital importance and are very present in the project. This way it is possible to give that touch of warmth to the environment that neither the white nor the gray color can achieve.

From the terrace you can appreciate beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In this space the vivid colors are more relevant thanks to the abundance of vegetation.
