Interior design for cocktail bar

Situated on carrer de la Constitució, right in the pulsating heart of Palma, stands the Marlis cocktail bar. This establishment stands as a testament to how a transformation can be achieved without burning a hole in the pocket or embarking on extensive renovations. The right blend of creativity, ingenuity, and elbow grease can indeed pave the way for astounding outcomes.

A signature trait of many projects undertaken by my firm is the prominent use of wood, and the Marlis cocktail bar is no exception. Wood, with its innate warmth and versatility, not only lends an inviting aura to the space but also proves to be a delight to work with. A prime illustration of this is the bar, an indispensable element in establishments of this nature. Sheathed in wood and accentuated with strategic lighting, it exudes an unmistakable charm.

To marry cost-effectiveness with ingenuity, we’ve employed recycled wooden boxes as the backbone for the shelving system that graces the area behind the bar. This ethos of repurposing extends to the pendant lights as well. A sprinkle of imagination can go a long way. Everyday kitchen essentials like cheese graters, colanders, and mixers, when juxtaposed with a simple light bulb, metamorphose into quirky and budget-friendly lighting fixtures.

The ambiance, bathed in the soft glow of warm lighting, aligns perfectly with the materials used, ensuring that the cozy and welcoming vibe remains undisturbed.
