DOWNTOWN PALMA HOLIDAY RESIDENCE

Starting from this premise, work began on the project with the aim of giving the house a Mediterranean touch that invites you to relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

With this goal in mind, high-quality materials were used, such as Binissalem stone and wood, materials that refer to nature.

More than 100-year-old restored doors, exposed beams, washbasins on countertops, restored walls and ceilings, recovered marés… everything has been incorporated to create the sense of transporting you to a quiet summer day, but in the heart of the city.

In order to reinforce the brightness and generate a greater sense of spaciousness, light colors such as white or beige have been widely used. These shades contrast with the earthy colors of the stone and wood, creating a sense of harmony that is so necessary when it comes to disconnecting on vacation.
